Job Description
Duties Including but not limited to: creating customer files, file maintenance, assisting with revisions, organization of confirmations and invoices, administration of warranty documents, tracking deals and follow up with customers/other departments, checking and faxing home deal packets, printing and faxing/scanning all applicable documents and reports to the Corporate office for sales and service, time card management, tracking and stocking office materials, general reception and meeting and greeting customers in the absence of a salesperson.
Applicant must be organized, able to multitask, work well with a team, be flexible and have great customer service skills.
