High school diploma required. Previous financial services experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed!
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll help our members and credit union partners with a variety of auto lease loan servicing tasks. You’ll be on the phone, answering questions, solving problems, and making sure lease loan accounts are set up and maintained accurately.
Daily tasks may include:
- Taking phone calls and providing great service
- Processing auto lease payments and loan payoffs
- Helping manage insurance and title documents
- Setting up new lease loan accounts
- Filing and organizing loan documents
- Handling ACH and wire transfers
- Supporting other team members as needed
