MUST HAVE CARDIAC EXPERIENCE
The purpose of a unit profile is to provide an exceptional screenshot of the unit.
Profiles should include unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff.
Job Requirements
Must have cardiac experience, strong critical care experience.
Advanced skills needed : PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring; IABP; Impella; CRRT preferred.
Procedures performed on unit : Central line insertion, swan insertion; intubations.
Schedule Information
4 week schedules (3-4 weekend shifts required per scheduling period).
Floating policy : Float as needed to units where needed depending on unit census.
