Profiles should include unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Job Requirements Must have cardiac experience, strong critical care experience. Advanced skills needed : PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring; IABP; Impella; CRRT preferred. Procedures performed on unit : Central line insertion, swan insertion; intubations. Schedule Information 4 week schedules (3-4 weekend shifts required per scheduling period). Floating policy : Float as needed to units where needed depending on unit census.
