Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for residents and families, explaining care plans, treatments, and progress.
Participate in daily team meetings to ensure coordinated care across departments.
Monitor and adjust care plans based on changing resident needs.
Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations.
Qualifications:
Alaska LN license (RN or LPN).
At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and with diverse teams.
