Your Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Centennial Post Acute, you’ll play a vital role in improving the health and well-being of our residents. You’ll work closely with a collaborative healthcare team to deliver compassionate care that makes a real difference.
Direct Patient Care: Provide high-quality, resident-centered care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols.
Monitor Resident Progress: Track resident progress, assess needs, and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
Resident and Family Education: Educate residents and their families on health management, treatment options, and wellness strategies to empower them in their care.
Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and deliver the best care possible, ensuring that each resident’s unique needs are met.
What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking passionate, compassionate RNs who are dedicated to making a positive impact on residents’ lives and thriving in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Current RN license in Alaska.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
