Pay Rate : Min $16.08 MID $19.30 MAX $22.51

JOB GOAL
To support the Office of Human Resources by performing a wide variety of complex clerical and administrative duties, often of a confidential nature.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Maintains classified or confidential materials in accordance with security procedures, transfers, retrieves and discards files in accordance with established business procedures and schedules.
- Abides by federal, state and local school laws and regulations, mandated programs, District policies and administrative regulations and applicable collective bargaining agreements with District employees. Maintains confidentiality with all District and School Board information, including District and school population information.
- Properly secures confidential records and files for all District professional and classified personnel.
- Assists with phone calls and inquiries made to the Human Resources Department and provides administrative assistance.
- Acts as a liaison to other departments and buildings by communicating personnel matters and distributing correspondence.
- Greets and assists visitors, provides Human Resources printed information and forms to employees and volunteers, directs individuals to additional resources. Responds to a wide variety of phone calls and email inquiries, concerns or complaints and resolves problems, provide requested information or refers inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Updates and maintains new hire compliance tracking spreadsheet to ensure timely and efficient onboarding.

All employment is provisional for 90 days as required by ACT 168 of 2014, enacted December 22, 2014. MUST SUBMIT ACT 168 FORM TO ALL CURRENT AND FORMER EMPLOYERS WHERE YOU HAVE HAD DIRECT CONTACT WITH CHILDREN.
