Key Responsibilities:
- Lead accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, inventory, and revenue recognition.
- Manage month-end closing processes and quarterly corporate Hyperion submissions.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
- Interface with auditors and oversee international treasury and statutory reporting.
- Coordinate General Ledger and financial reporting for the ERP system.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of financial staff.
- Drive staff performance through coaching and evaluations.
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve team efficiency and accuracy.
