EXPRESS SERVICE ADVISOR
Job Description:
We are a high volume Toyota dealership in need of an enthusiastic and outgoing person to write express services. We are looking for hard working, talented individuals to keep up with a very high volume of customers. We prioritize customer service first, so great communication skills are a must. Responsibilities:
· Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
· Provide excellent customer service to all customers
· Clearly communicate and report issues with vehicle to customers
· Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently.
· Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
Requirements:
· Organized and friendly personality
· Valid Nevada driver’s license
