Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools and machinery, as well as a keen eye for design and detail. The Cabinet Maker will be responsible for creating high-quality cabinetry that meets our clients' specifications and standards.
Duties
- Construct cabinets according to project specifications and designs.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accuracy in builds.
- Collaborate with team members on all projects.
- Handle heavy lifting of materials and finished products safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role within the woodworking industry is helpful but not required.
- Strong skills in using hand tools and power equipment relevant to cabinet making.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
- Background in trim carpentry is advantageous for this position.
- Ability to back up a trailer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
