Centennial is seeking a strategic and visionary leader to serve as the Director of Programs, driving innovative initiatives that empower youth and foster long-term success.This full-time role with a Greater Cincinnati organization will lead a total team of 21 across multiple nearby sites, ensuring collaboration, operational excellence, and meaningful community impact.
The Director of Programs will design and implement transformative youth-focused initiatives, engage diverse stakeholders, and ensure sustainability through innovative solutions. By identifying emerging community needs and leveraging strategic partnerships, this leader will shape the future of youth programming while delivering measurable, lasting change.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership & Team Development Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a mission-driven culture of innovation and inclusion.
- Program Development & Community Engagement Create and ensure existing impactful youth programs in education, career development, and leadership while building strong partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and community leaders.
- Innovation & Strategic Growth Identify trends, develop forward-thinking strategies, and integrate technology to enhance program effectiveness.
- Program Strategy & Performance Align programs with organizational goals, track key metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Advocacy & Outreach Champion policies and initiatives that support youth empowerment and lead awareness campaigns.
- Financial Stewardship Secure and manage funding through grants, sponsorships, and donor contributions while ensuring financial accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters degree in social work, human services, or a related field.
- 57 years of leadership experience in youth-focused programs.
- Proven success in program development, strategic planning, and fundraising.
- Experience working with diverse and underserved youth populations.
- Strong skills in leadership, innovation, financial management, and program evaluation.
- Passionate about youth empowerment and community transformation.
Salary : $68,000 - $74,000
