What are the responsibilities and job description for the Universal Teller position at Center Bank?
Become a valued member of the Center Bank Team as a Universal Teller. As a Universal Teller you will be working in both the Teller Line and on the Customer Service side. You will be assisting customers with all of their transaction needs which include, but are not limited to: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, opening accounts and account maintenance. This person will work directly with new and existing customers to assure that Center Bank meets all of their financial needs. Developing and expanding those relationships is key. You will provide full customer service by assisting customers with questions regarding any new or existing deposit account and opening all types of deposit accounts. You will also assist customers with ancillary products such as Internet Banking, Mobile App and Debit/ATM cards.
Pay commensurate with experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday with an alternating Saturday rotation. Hours Monday through Friday vary, depending on weekly schedule. Saturday rotation, 8:30am to 12:10pm.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Cash handling experience, 1 year
- Customer Service, 2 years
- Banking experience preferred, not required
