This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Center Court Pickleball Club in Gilbert, AZ. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain facility standards. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, marketing initiatives, and fostering community engagement. The General Manager will also be responsible for enhancing the overall club experience through exceptional service and efficient management.
- Experience in management, leadership, and staff supervision
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and reporting
- Marketing and community engagement experience
- Knowledge of sports facility operations, preferably in pickleball or similar activities, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
