Are you passionate about pickleball and building unforgettable experiences? Center Court Pickleball is looking for a Pickleball Experience Manager to join our fast-growing team and lead the charge in delivering top-tier pickleball programming, events, and community engagement.
About the Role:
As our Pickleball Experience Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving programming, tournaments, and member engagement. You’ll act as the face of the club—creating meaningful connections, developing leagues and clinics, and ensuring every member feels part of our vibrant pickleball community.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute pickleball programming including leagues, open play, clinics, and events
• Foster a welcoming, connected, and inclusive atmosphere for all members
• Collaborate with the leadership team on growth initiatives and programming calendars
• Oversee event operations, tournaments, and social offerings
• Support onboarding of new members and match them with the right programming pathways
• Work with coaches and staff to maintain high-quality service and court experience
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing or organizing sports programs (pickleball experience a plus!)
• A passion for community building and player development
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events and programming
