Position Overview:
The College Admissions Manager at Center Education Group (CEG) is responsible for developing and executing effective enrollment strategies to drive admissions growth. This role focuses on recruitment, enrollment management, lead sourcing, and optimizing lead quality through exceptional service. The Manager ensures that all prospective student interactions are handled with the utmost professionalism and care, contributing to the organization’s mission of providing outstanding educational opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prospective students with accurate information about CEG’s offerings and admissions processes.
- Assess applicants’ needs and experiences to guide them toward informed decisions about their educational journey.
- Engage with applicants via phone, email, and SMS to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of inquiries.
- Represent CEG at recruitment events and build strategic educational partnerships to enhance enrollment efforts.
- Manage and maintain inquiry data in the lead management system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Become an expert in admissions policies and procedures to provide accurate guidance and ensure compliance.
- Foster a positive and student-focused culture within the Admissions Department.
- Support continuous improvement by maintaining and providing feedback on the lead management system.
- Collaborate on special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to align admissions efforts with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in Admissions, Enrollment, or Student Services/Success.
Education:
- Minimum of an associate degree required.
Skills:
- Strong commitment to customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and data management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership abilities.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
