GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Sexual Assault Program Manager will function as the Supervisor of the SV Team and will provide direct support for the SV team in all direct service settings. The Sexual Assault Program Manager will provide and/or facilitate direct services for victims of sexual assault. The Sexual Assault Program Manager will oversee recruitment and training of staff and volunteers, and supervise Volunteer Coordinator/ Coordinator of Victim Services. The Sexual Assault Program Manager will develop and implement proactive SV community education and outreach services.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct crisis intervention services to crimes victims; inform every crime victim about Crimes Compensation.
- Provides in-person crisis counseling, 24-hour crisis hotline advocacy, support groups and information to promote recovery and healing to victims of sexual violence.
- Function as a referral, resource, and interface to professional staff, volunteers, hospitals, criminal justice, and community agencies.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare and submit VOCA documentation.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
