We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to support patients throughout their infertility treatment cycles. This pivotal role will guide patients through the pre-requisite phase of their care and act as a central resource for clinical coordination, communication, and administrative follow-through.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule pre-treatment appointments (labs, imaging, procedures).
- Prepare and manage genetic testing kits (e.g., Myriad, Anora).
- Ensure timely completion of patient checklists and referrals.
- Review charts, enter lab orders in EMR, and flag abnormal results.
- Communicate treatment plans and follow-up instructions to patients.
- Assist with documentation, FMLA paperwork, and patient communications.
- Manage donor panel submissions and support SART data collection.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient care and accurate reporting.
Qualifications
- Experience in a clinical or medical office setting; fertility or women’s health experience preferred.
- Proficient in using EMR systems and office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Sound judgment and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant certification or equivalent clinical background preferred.
