We are seeking a Medical Technologist to perform clinical and diagnostic procedures in our Andrology & Reproductive Endocrine Laboratories. This role ensures quality control, accurate patient testing, and efficient laboratory operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct semen analysis, morphology assessment, cryopreservation, and sperm preparation for IUI.
- Perform hormone and infectious disease assays using the Roche analyzer.
- Maintain quality control, troubleshoot errors, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Manage lab inventory, equipment maintenance, and compliance with CLIA and C.A.P. standards.
- Support donor sperm coordination and proficiency testing processes.
- Travel to satellite labs as needed for specimen processing.
Qualifications
- BS in Biological Sciences (Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field).
- Strong aptitude for laboratory services and technical procedures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic clinical environment.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with great attention to detail.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including weekend, holiday, and on-call availability.
