Position Summary:
The primary responsibilities of the Compliance Specialist are to evaluate programs based on current regulations and quality standards, effectively communicate evaluation results to leadership, and aid the Chief Compliance Officer and the Compliance Team in various capacities. The Compliance Specialist must function independently and provide an objective analysis in regard to all reviews and evaluations. Must be a resident of one of the following counties: Centre, Schuylkill, Clinton, Lycoming, or Northumberland. Work from home available up to 3 days per week once approved by manager. We reimburse for your mileage at the state rate of $0.70/per mile.
Starting salary for this position is $21.54-$25.00/hr based on experience and education.
Essential Functions:
- Perform program-specific reviews and audits.
- Assist with development of tracking tools and monitoring documents for programs.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for external monitoring.
- Communicate results of program reviews to management.
- Perform and track compliance-related trainings.
- Attend Quality Improvement & Compliance Meetings.
- Maintain schedules of compliance-related due dates.
- Assist with surveys and other quality assurance activities.
- Complete and submit service-related enrollments, applications, credentialing, etc.
- Assist in other special projects or capacities as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a social services, auditing, management, or other related fields, with one year of experience in human services preferred. Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and Act 33/34 and FBI clearances will be required. Individuals who have accessed human services are encouraged to apply. EOE/ADA
