Summary:
Performs a variety of skilled administrative and clerical duties directly related to program management activities.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide day to day support utilizing clerical, secretarial and administrative skills to various components of the agency.
2. Provide clerical duties to support the agency programs. Clerical support will include proof reading, answering phones, scheduling appointments, data entry and mail duties.
3. Provides good customer service to all those guests entering our building and/or calling.
4. Able to use manners, have a pleasant attitude and genuinely wants to make a difference in our community.
5. Able to proofread documents, possess proper grammar and spelling.
6. Able to answer the phone with a pleasant and welcoming tone of voice.
7. Able to communicate with peers and leadership in a respectful way.
8. Able to assist leadership with scheduling of appointments.
9. Able to create and mail letters on behalf of the agency.
10. Able to interact with community members in need or in a CRISIS situation.
11. Able to file documents in accordance to CCR standards.
12. Willing to complete phone customer satisfaction surveys for various programs.
13. Demonstrate good time management skills.
14. Other duties as assigned to support the mission of the agency.
This position is M-F. Daylight hours. M-Th 9-5 p.m. and Friday 8:30-4:30 p.m.
No weekends or holidays! The hourly rate of pay is $15 but may start higher depending on experience and education.

Qualifications and Skills:
High School graduate or equivalent with one year of clerical experience. Demonstrates the ability to interact with staff, guests, and consumers in a pleasant, professional manner. Proficient computer skills that include fluent knowledge of word, excel, and adobe. Able to exercise sound judgment. Able to plan and be well organized. Takes the initiative and is flexible and cooperative. Maintains strict confidentiality. Able to use standard office equipment and ability to prioritize and balance receptionist responsibilities with clerical support.
Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, Act 33/34 and FBI clearances will be required. EOE/ADA
