Our growing private counseling practice in Ruston
seeks an energetic, organized, effective problem-solver to support our team in responding to new clients’ inquiries about our services, scheduling new clients, and collaborating with our clinical staff. Responsibilities include:
Follow established intake process to successfully and smoothly on-board new clients
· Respond to client intake calls and contact forms within 24 hours

· Advise potential clients on the therapy process and therapists’ personality/expertise
· Extensive use of project management software to ensure timely follow-up with intakes
· Scan and upload completed forms into our electronic health records (EHR) system
Work Schedule:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 am to noon
Experience:
Client intake/medical or mental health office and benefit verification experience required. Applicants not meeting this requirement will be screened out/not considered.

Qualifications
- Computer skills, Office experience, and Clerical experience
- Customer service and Administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills and excellent phone etiquette
- Typing proficiency and computer literacy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to multitask and manage calendars effectively
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and project management software
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
