Summary

We are currently seeking an Ultrasonographer to join our team at the Center for Diabetes & Metabolic Disorders. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound examinations to assist in diagnosing and treating patients. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to established protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures while providing clear instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of ultrasound findings and communicate results effectively with the medical team.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
• Stay updated on advancements in ultrasound technology and techniques.
• Follow aseptic techniques and maintain cleanliness in the ultrasound area.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience as an Ultrasonographer or in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sonography principles, medical terminology, and anatomy.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
• Familiarity with EMR systems is preferred; strong computer skills are essential.
