Chief Technologist Role
We are seeking a skilled Chief Technologist to lead our technical services and provide leadership to our team of radiologic technologists.
The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience in operating scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Patient Imaging: Screen patients, perform routine and advanced procedures, explain procedures to patients, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Staff Management: Ensure comprehensive knowledge of company policies, assist in staff planning and hiring, manage staffing levels, monitor and approve timecards, oversee training, and lead regular staff meetings.
- Operations: Coordinate patient relations, ensure compliance with state regulations and internal policies, and order supplies as necessary.
Requirements
- ARRT registered technologist, current and in good standing.
- Graduate of the American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of radiography.
- Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced modality certification.
- Bilingual.
- Previous supervisory experience.
