Assistant Director of Residential Services is a key leadership position at the Center. The position leads management teams across 5 or more residential programs under the supervision of a Director, it also supports the mission and goals of the agency by supervising program and functions, which includes the oversight of regulatory compliance, satisfaction of the people we support, and the development and adherence to operating and capital budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field that satisfies the QIDP requirement. Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of job related experience, specifically working with developmental disabilities and related management experience in the Human Services field.
- Must have own vehicle and a valid NYS driver’s license that is in good standing, this position does require travel between multiple sites
Compensation for this position is $75,000-$80,000. Commensurate with experience.
