The Center for Disability Services is seeking a Clinical Application Manager to lead our Clinical Application Team in delivering outstanding support and innovation for our health information technologies. What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee the Clinical Application Team—managing schedules, workload, and ensuring top-tier support for clinical staff.
✅ Take the lead in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system implementation and maintenance.
✅ Collaborate with clinical staff and IT teams to optimize application workflows and enhance system functionality.
✅ Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and efficient handling of clinical software upgrades and patches.
✅ Manage security access for clinical applications, ensuring compliance with IT security best practices.
✅ Lead training initiatives for new and existing users to enhance system adoption and efficiency.
✅ Serve as a key liaison between clinical users, IT teams, and software vendors to implement innovative solutions.

What You Bring:
✔ Bachelor’s degree (IT-related field preferred).
✔ 5 years of experience in IT support of clinical systems (NextGen experience preferred).
✔ Strong leadership and mentorship skills to guide a high-performing team.
✔ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
✔ Experience managing EMR, Practice Management (PM), and other clinical applications.
✔ Project management expertise with a customer-focused mindset.
✔ Knowledge of healthcare IT security standards and compliance best practices.
✔ 5 years of experience in IT support of clinical systems (NextGen experience preferred).
