Now Hiring: Community Inclusion Specialist
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Do you believe in the power of community and inclusion? We are looking for a dedicated Community Inclusion Specialist to join our team and help support the individuals we serve through engaging and personalized programs. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and ensure the execution of person-centered programs with age-appropriate and stimulating activities for individuals.
- Manage a weekly schedule of community inclusion opportunities and activities, working closely with program staff and management to align with each individual’s availability.
- Keep accurate documentation and maintain a work schedule that aligns with program needs, approved by the Director of Residential Services.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a Human Services field.
- A passion for helping others and an eagerness to work in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Compensation:
Competitive pay ranging from $19.38 to $20.40 per hour, based on experience.
