Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Direct Support Professional - Resident Counselor to join our team at The Center for Disability Services.

Responsibilities
You will serve as a member of the person's planning, implementation, and interdisciplinary teams. You will assist, promote, and provide independence in the daily treatment, care, and services of the people we support. You will help implement personalized habilitation services, which are outlined in their personalized care plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in acquisition of skills, including basic activities of daily living, self-care, and household management for the people we support.
- Serve as a member of the person's planning, implementation, and interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year of related experience preferred.
- Be at least 18 years old and able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

We offer a competitive salary range of $16.81 to $21.31 per hour, commensurate on experience, Residential Program acuity, shift differentials, and completion of additional trainings.
