This part-time and full-time position is perfect for anyone looking to work around their education, childcare, primary job, and more. You will have a set schedule with only a minimum of 5 hours required every week. The compensation range for this position is $18.69 to $19.56 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to people of all ages with developmental disabilities throughout the Capital District.
- Engage in recreational and community-based activities such as shopping, exercise groups, restaurants, and more.
- Provide learning opportunities to support their goal to achieve independence.
Requirements:
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- A valid NYS Drivers License and reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
