Job Description:
As a Resident Counselor, you will serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team to support individuals with disabilities in achieving their goals and living independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement personalized habilitation services outlined in the person's care plan.
- Assist in acquiring skills, including basic activities of daily living, self-care, and household management.
- Monitor and report on individual progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
