Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized plans to support individuals with disabilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver engaging activities and opportunities
- Provide direct care and assistance as needed to ensure the well-being and safety of those we serve
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid NYS driver's license (required by some sites)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform tasks that require physical effort
