Job Summary
The Center Director is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the Adult Day Health Center, including healthcare services, social and behavioral health programming, meals, and transportation services. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team and interface with participants and staff.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure adherence to CEI policies, procedures, and practices, Federal and State rules and regulations, and HIPAA requirements.
- Directly supervise the Clinic Supervisor, Rehab Supervisor, Social Worker Supervisor, and center Registered Dietitian to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee and provide direction to the team leaders for the day-to-day operations of the center.
- Adhere to the center's budget and identify opportunities for efficiencies and resource management.
- Facilitate the orientation of new participants and ensure a seamless transition into the program services.
