Responsibilities and Expectations
- Model and lead PACE center team members to optimal performance by managing conflict, training, mentoring, counseling, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with staff from a wide variety of racial, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds with various degrees of educational attainment.
- Manage urgent situations and make immediate decisions.
- Keeep confidential matters confidential.
