Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Nursing Director to join our team at Center for Elders' Independence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our clinical operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our participants.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides clinical supervision and evaluation of clinic nurses, home care coordinators, medical assistants, and medical clerks
- Trains and evaluates staff, including discipline-specific orientation and ongoing support
- Coordinates supply ordering and ensures effective communication among staff
- Monitors and records participant assessments, notifies providers of changes in condition
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN, State of California, BSN preferred
- Three years of nursing experience at RN level, with 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Excellent telephone/customer service skills, ability to work in multi-cultural setting
