The Opportunity
The Director, Supportive Services holds a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of participant supportive services programming at CEO, which includes a focus on mental health, housing and other barriers to success. Responsibilities typically include developing strategic plans to improve mental health services and housing solutions, managing internal referrals, managing budgets and resources efficiently, supervising clinical and specialist staff and ensuring their professional development, implementing evidence-based practices, collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community organizations, monitoring quality of care, advocating for mental health awareness and policy changes, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

The Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) provides employment services to people recently released from incarceration. Across the United States, 8,000-9,000 people participate in CEO each year, transitioning to employment that supports themselves, their families, and their communities.
Who You Are
- You have the ability to work as part of a comprehensive mental health team and to represent the organization in the community.
- You have skills in supervising staff of professionals.
- You have a strong understanding of trauma-informed care and the impacts of incarceration on mental health.
- You have good organizational skills and administrative abilities.
- You have a data-oriented mindset with digital documentation competency.
- You have the knowledge of and the ability to adhere to a professional code of ethics.
- You have the knowledge of and the ability to comply with multiple state's mental health codes.
- You have at least five years of professional experience in the mental health or human services fields required with at least three years at the supervisory level required.
- You are a certified consulting / licensed psychologist (PhD), psychiatric nurse (MSN), or clinical social worker (LCSW) preferred.
- A Masters degree in a mental health discipline preferred.
- You have clinical expertise in crisis intervention, skill in working with individuals with mental health needs, and with individuals undergoing acute episodes of psychiatric distress; skill in diagnosis and assessment.
- You have familiarity with community support systems, health care and human service resources, court and police activities, etc.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $95,600-107,500 / annually. CEO's compensation philosophy considers a variety of factors including experience, internal equity, and the labor market associated with the city in which the position is located. This position can be located in any of the cities in which CEO operates. Our salary offer will fall within this range and will be reflective of the labor market of the city in which the position is based, as well the other factors named above.
