Client Services Specialist

Center for Family Development (CFD), an outpatient behavioral health agency, seeks a full-time (32 hours/week) front desk Client Services Specialist (CSS).

Job duties include: processing agency referrals, answering a multi-line phone system, checking-in clients, verifying demographics information, checking benefits, scheduling, monitoring waiting area, UA collection, and other office related duties (scanning, faxing, etc.).

Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multi-task, excellent organizational skills, ability to work with diverse populations and understanding of confidentiality important. Must be able to maintain an efficient, smooth, professional and compassionate front desk. Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in use of computers (MS Office), and ability to interact with the public essential. Experience working within electronic health records preferred.

Successful completion of background check upon hire required.
