HRIS II JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary
The HRIS Analyst II manages HRIS related data, including employee records, payroll, and time off. Responsibilities include conducting audits, generating analytical reports, implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Reports to Human Resources Director
Essential Job Functions:
- Serves as a system administrator who maintains and organizes human resources information within the UKG Pro (HRIS) Human Resources Information System.
- Define UKG Pro system requirements and configure UKG Pro to meet ongoing business needs
- Provide functional and technical support, identify, and troubleshoot system problems and guidance to HRIS users.
- Ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report-writing, and process improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain to complex UKG reports, including matrix, composite reports, and dashboards
- Complete compliance related data audits and work with business leaders to update employee information
- Process existing and new hire employee data
- Collaborate with Payroll Director to maintain and modify application features and system processes
- Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is preferred or equivalent experience required. Degree in HR
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources
- 2-3 years of UKG Pro experience is preferred

- Outstanding PC skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS systems. UKG Pro experience is preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- This non-exempt position is an individual contributor and does not supervise staff.
