Position Summary

Are you ready to make a difference in a dynamic and supportive environment? We're looking for a highly organized and motivated Support Services Team Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support to our Support Services Manager, helping manage scheduling, communication, and reporting functions that will streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Be the backbone of the Support Services team! Handle scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and follow-up communications to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Coordinate and promote! Help organize support groups, workshops, and patient education sessions to empower our patients.
  • Report like a pro! Track key metrics such as appointment attendance, patient engagement, and service utilization to support our department's goals.
  • Tackle clerical tasks! From document preparation to supply management, you'll keep everything organized and running efficiently.
  • Ensure transportation services are on track. Help schedule and coordinate patient transportation services with ease.
  • Keep records in check! Maintain accurate records and distribute important reports related to behavioral health, care management, and emergency department utilization.
  • Support our manager! Assist the Support Services Manager with administrative tasks, report compilation, and special projects.
  • Meetings made easy! Help coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and take minutes to keep everyone on the same page.
  • Stay compliant! Follow regulations, policies, and best practices to ensure everything is running smoothly and ethically.

What We're Looking For

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required, and at least one year of experience in an administrative or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is a must!
  • Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-so you can connect with team members, patients, and partners.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A solid understanding of Social Drivers of Health (SDOH) and Behavioral Health principles (preferred, but not required).
  • Customer service skills that make people feel heard, cared for, and valued.
  • An appreciation for diversity and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
