Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Community Engagement (20%)
- Lead and enhance mental health awareness initiatives across the community.
- Conduct educational presentations for schools, organizations, and community groups.
- Support and mentor a team of Prevention Specialists.
- Facilitate collaborative efforts within the Suicide Prevention Coalition.
- Strengthen relationships with key community partners to expand prevention efforts.
Administrative & Strategic Management (80%)
- Oversee program implementation and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage staff training and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and maintain partnerships to build community capacity.
- Seek and manage grants to fund prevention programs.
- Ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and compliance with OASAS benchmarks.

Who We’re Looking For
? Education & Experience:
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field, or a Certified Prevention Professional from NYS OASAS.
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and 5 years of experience (including supervisory experience).
- Strong background in public relations, data collection, program assessments, and community resource coordination.
? Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in team leadership and program management.
- A proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Organizational skills with excellent follow-through to meet deadlines.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Standard office setting with occasional travel for community events.
- Requires ability to sit at a computer, stand, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds.
- Must be able to fulfill all physical requirements of the role with or without reasonable accommodations.
