PURPOSE OF THE POSITION : To support middle school participants, their families, and staff in a community-based after-school setting and summer day program. Assist in enrollment, data entry, attendance tracking, and other administrative tasks related to the school-based program.
I. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to
Administrative Tasks :
- Enroll participants for the site in funder databases
- Maintain daily and monthly attendance records
- Establish, maintain, and revise record keeping and filing system
- Make absentee / late follow-up calls
- Collection of outcome data
- Help team with parent engagement events
- Coordinate requisitions and supplies
- Receptionist tasks : filing, copying, answering the phone
- Maintain confidentiality

To support and coordinate data entry, accurate enrollment, and daily attendance recording in a complex attendance system of about 700 participants for a community-based after-school setting and summer day program (as needed). This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with students, parents, and staff.
This is a regular part-time position. The hourly rate is $18-20 per hour.
