Role Overview:
As a Full-Time Lead Therapist for our Triple P program, you'll play a key role in delivering family-centered therapeutic services. Your responsibilities include overseeing program development, managing client caseloads, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and funding requirements. You'll work closely with the Program Supervisor to maintain program excellence.
- What We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Florida State Licensure in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or a registered intern within one year of licensure eligibility.
- Experience with Triple P training is an asset
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, experience with KIPU/HBDS is a plus.
