Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee personnel at the designated recovery support center.
- Coordinate all programming provided at and by the Recovery Support Center.
- Find and implement fresh initiatives for the Recovery Support Center's participants.
- Coordinate the internal training system, third-party suppliers, and the training of recovery coaches and peer recovery support specialists.
- Arrange and participate in gatherings and fundraisers for the Recovery Support Center.
- Create and uphold guidelines for outreach programs.
- Make contact with resources in the public and commercial sectors to offer help for the Recovery Center.
- Update and maintain Provider expenditures for the Recovery Support Center.
- Financial responsibility - Maintain petty cash and program advances for the Recovery Support Center.
- Coordinate the recruitment of all volunteers, including those who are referred by the Camden County Board of Social Services and Workforce Development.
- Coordinate intern training and act as a supervisor during internship hours.
- Accountable for any additional administrative or facility-related tasks that the program director assigns.
- Compile, review and submit State quarterly report, County monthly reports, and Internal Audit Reports as requested
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School or GED, Certificate of Completion of CPRSD training.
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Two years of Recovery based knowledge
- Two years of Personal Recovery
- Pass a urine drug screen.
- Pass a physical, rubella/rubeola titre and TB testing
- Must have been a licensed driver for at least three years.
- Must pass an initial and ongoing motor vehicle record check evaluations.
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License in the state of his/her residence.
