Job Type/Status: Full-Time
Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate individual and group supervision of the Peer Coordinators and Peer Recovery Specialists. Conduct monthly All Staff meetings. Conduct monthly County staff meetings. Work with the staff to ensure that Motivational Interviewing and other client centered interventions are being utilized. Work with access other community referral sources to document and assign referrals. Oversee use of program client assistance dollars and maintain program budget. The Program Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring the following:
Communicate regularly with the DMHAS Program Manager
Demonstrate progress toward program goals
Monthly and quarterly reporting to DMHAS.
Provide direct oversight of program documentation including electronic health records, and monthly and quarterly reports.
Maintain accurate payroll information in E3.
Complete yearly performance evaluations.
Supervision of program staff (monthly meetings with LPRC staff and biweekly virtual or face to face for minimally 30 minutes)
Coordination and monitoring of program services
Collaboration with systems partners to ensure coordination of care
Lead staff in delivering services in a culturally competent and linguistic manner; and improving the scope and capacity of the delivery system in order to ensure program sustainability.
Ensure staff maintain fidelity to model
Ensure program is available for all posted hours
Assist with the development of comprehensive non-clinical recovery plans
Coordination of training of the peer recovery support specialists with a third party vendor
Coordination of duties and scheduling of volunteers and interns
Coordination of meetings, events, and fundraising events
REQUIREMENTS:
Master's Degree required
LCADC, LAC, LSW required, LPC, LCSW preferred.
3-4 Years Management Experience
