Position Summary:
Center For Family Services is seeking a Support Coach/ Residential Counselor for the Benson House Group Home. Benson House serves a therapeutic milieu to adolescent's ages 15 -19 years of age growing through mental and behavioral health impairments. Young adults in the program stay an average duration of 6 to 9 months, with a concurrent plant of reunifying the youth back into the community with tools for success in a 6 to 9 months duration. Required Schedule: Relief positions available

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Residential Counselor/Support Coach engages in caring supervision and structure for youth in the home which is consistent with stated goals and objectives. This individual teaches budgeting and money management skills and also provides life and social skills training, guides, instructs, and counsels youth in the program. The Residential Counselor/Support Coach oversees goal setting groups and provides on-to-one assistance. The Support Coach/ Residential Counselor ensures that youth complete their goals as set forth in their treatment plan.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma is required, bachelor's degree is preferred
Three years' experience working with at risk youth
Current driver's license & good driving record of 3 years
Vehicle with current insurance and registration
