This is a full-time/ Relief position. This is a on-site role for a Residential Counselor located in Camden NJ. The Residential Counselor will provide guidance and support to residents, assist in case management, ensure the safety and well-being of residents, and help develop and implement individualized care plans. Daily tasks will include facilitating group activities, maintaining accurate records, and fostering a positive living environment.

Qualifications
- Skills in Human Services and Case Management
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with residents
- Knowledge of Psychology and Mental Health principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field
- Experience working with individuals or families in crisis is a plus
