Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide transportation to Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient HER Program consumers to and from their homes to appointments with the Center for Family Services.Provide transportation to children of Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient HER Program consumers to and from their homes to a designated child care facility as needed.Develop detailed pick up and delivery schedules based on the number of consumers requiring transportation and the proximity of where they live to the Center for Family Services facility in Phillipsburg, NJ.Develop and maintain a periodic mail delivery schedule amongst all three sites, as required or as time permits.Complete all Vehicle Logs, Monthly / Annual Fleet Check Sheet and any other paperwork, as required, for the HER Program vehicle within specified time frames.Ensure that all Vehicle Logs, Monthly / Annual Fleet Check Sheet and any other paperwork, as required is completed for the vehicles designated by leadership within specified time frames.Collect Vehicle Logs, Monthly / Annual Fleet Check Sheet for vehicles designated by leadership and submit to Fleet Manager in a timely manner each month.Responsible for transporting / arrangements to ensure all maintenance and repair service for vehicles designated by leadership are completed, as scheduled or required.Provide direct support with incidental events or logistics related to roadside assistance.Submit receipts for any expenses incurred by designated vehicles to Fleet Manager each month.Maintain consistent communication and coordination with agency Fleet ManagerFollow all agency Policies and ProceduresAttend staff meetings as scheduled.Perform other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS :
Valid Driver's License in good standing for three yearsHigh School graduate (or equivalent)Sensitivity in functioning in a multi-cultural work settingDependability and ability to work well with othersAbility to communicate clearly and consistentlyInitiative and creativitySensitivity and understanding in human relationsBenefits :
