When you apply and get hired, you are eligible for a $1500- $3000 Sign-on Bonus, depending on licensure. $3000 for LCSW, LPC and $1500 for LSW, LACLocation : Camden & Gloucester County, NJJob Type / Status : Full-timeDuties and Responsibilities : Ability to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Outpatient Program.Ability to plan, coordinate and implement agency services.Provide oversight of all program elements and adhere to all contract regulations and licensing requirements as outlined by funders.Attend external community relationships, meetings, and committees as assigned.Responsible for fiscal sustainability of the program.Conduct staff meetings and supervision of program staff.Completes all required reporting expectations of funders and Center for Family Services.Responsible for hiring for program positions.Responsible to implement performance improvement initiatives to provide quality care and monitoring of outcomes.Utilize Trauma Informed Care methods when engaging with staff, clients, and stakeholders in the community.REQUIREMENTS : Master's Degree in the field of mental health, human services, social work, family therapy, psychology, or counseling, from an accredited university.Must be licensed in the State of NJ : LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.A minimum of three (3) years post-Master's experience in direct service and supervision in the provision of behavioral health services to youth and adults.Has knowledge and experience providing Co-occurring services.Has certification to supervise in their discipline.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Benefits : Hybrid model of treatment - telehealth and in-office services.Clinical supervision provided.Excellent paid time off (PTO) program, including vacation, sick, personal, and holiday.401k Plan.Medical insurance plan options.Dental & Vision Insurance.Prescription Insurance.Life Insurance.Flexible Spending Accounts.Health & Wellness Activities.Flexible schedules.Ongoing Training & Professional Development Opportunities.Opportunity for advancement.About Employment at Center For Family Services : Apply and get hired at Center For Family Services, a leader in the non-profit sector and named as a top workplace in the region since 2010.
