Clinical Call Center at CHEMED is your answer! The Clinical Call Center at Chemed is the “open door” for patients and gives them access to our Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers from home. Situated at CHEMED's River Avenue location, this role requires strong communication skills for phone conversations with patients and Providers as well as in person communication skills for discussions with Providers. The key responsibilities include managing patient care by working closely with Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, as well as sharing resources with patients, and advocating for patients and managing patient’s overall care. Our RNs are responsible for patient education, lab results and any follow up medical needs as well as medications.
