What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bachelor level Counselor - Non Licensed position at Center for Human Development?
We're looking for a Bachelor's Level Clinician to work as part of a team at a Psychiatric Day Treatment Program for the purpose of supporting adults with mental health needs. The Bachelor's Level Clinician supports implementation of treatment plans, facilitates therapeutic and skill building groups, and works with individuals in a day treatment setting.
Duties :
- Works under the supervision of the Program Manager / Clinician.
- Provides individual and group training and support to program participants.
- Assists individuals with treatment and individual goals.
- Demonstrates ability to be innovative, creative, analytical and decisive in problem solving.
- Demonstrates communications and organizational capabilities.
- Awareness and sensitivity to contextual variables such as race, culture, gender, sexuality, disability, economics and lived experience.
- Submit detailed progress notes and other documentation that follow federal, state, and agency requirements.
