Center for Human Development, (CHD), is currently looking for a Master's level, licensed preferred, Clinician for our State St. Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic.

CHD Springfield Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic clinicians serve adults and transitional aged youth, children and families. This team provides outpatient individual therapy, group therapy and psychiatry services. The clinical focus is trauma-informed care and person centered. CHD will provide training in Motivational Interviewing, ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency), and various trauma focused modalities. We offer individual supervision, a plus for those who are accruing hours for licensure in both mental health counseling and social work.
YOUR ROLE AS A MASTER'S LEVEL, LICENSED PREFERRED CLINICIAN YOU WILL :
- Provide initial intake assessments.
- Conduct individual and group therapy.
- Creating treatment plans
- Safety plans, and care coordination based on needs.
- Complete documentation on time.
- Triage and short-term outpatient care.
Requirements : Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or related field. LCSW, LICSW or LMHC strongly preferred. Experience with individual, family and group therapy, crisis intervention, and substance use preferred. Bilingual English / Spanish individuals encouraged to apply. Must be able to demonstrate high level of skill in therapeutic engagement of diverse clients, hold fidelity to evidence based practices that match the presenting problem, and good diagnostic skills.
