The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a Program Manager for the Adult Mental Health CT Program in New Hartford, CT to provide clinical and managerial oversight for staff supporting clients in need of outreach services.
Your role as a Program Manager:
The Program Manager for the AMH-CT Program to provide clinical and managerial oversight for staff supporting clients in need of outreach services. This role emphasizes collaboration within a team-driven model to ensure quality care and effective program management. Responsibilities include developing crisis interventions plans, supervising the direct care staff, monitoring client progress, and fostering relationships with external providers.
REQUIRMENTS:
- BA/BS Degree in Mental Health related field preferred
- LCSW, LMFT, LPC preferred
- HS Diploma or GED required
- One year supervisory experience required (two years in a human service organization preferred)
- Two years experience working with adults with severe and prolonged mental illness and/or two years experience working with people in recovery
- Must have excellent oral and written communication
- Must be proficient in use of computers
- Ability to travel and work in New Hartford, CT
- Valid driver’s license and ability to provide transportation on an as needed basis
